Transformational Biology

What your teen needs to know about their hormones, sleep, nutrition, and stress. Grounded in faith, this course is taught live for 5 weeks with meetings on Zoom once a week. Comes with workbook that students fill out during this interactive class. Class sizes are under 10 students. The instructor for this course, Umm Zaid, has had over 15 years of experience as a Biology and Herbal Medicine for Women Educator, Alhumdulilah, in addition to being a 3rd year seminary student.
